Refund Policy

All Wise Caregiving products are digital. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. This policy applies to all orders, including orders from Canada, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Returns. Because digital files cannot be returned once they are delivered, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final, except as described below.

Damaged or faulty files. If a file will not download or open correctly, email us and we will replace it at no charge.

Duplicate orders. If you buy the same product twice by mistake, email us and we will refund the duplicate order.

Custom state policy manuals. Custom manuals are written to order for your business and your state and are delivered by email within 14 days of your order, so they are non-refundable. Each custom manual includes one revision after your state review.

Cancellations. Instant download orders are delivered as soon as payment is processed, so they cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
