File Delivery

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Full instructions are included on how to add your LOGO and how to download files if they are compressed and need to be UNZIPPED. If your templates are printing to one side, make sure to check your margins. These templates were created using narrow margins; you may need to change your settings in Word.

Refunds

Every digital and instant download purchase is final and non-refundable, as there is no way for us to tell whether you have printed the design, except as described in our Refund Policy (damaged or faulty files are replaced, and accidental duplicate orders are refunded). If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us anytime at info@wisecaregiving.com.

Copyright and Permitted Use

All documents are copyrighted by Wise Caregiving, and our policy manuals are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (USCO). This purchase is strictly for non-commercial use. You may print and use the design in your home, business, or a public place, but you may not resell, give away as a freebie, reproduce, distribute by electronic means, or profit in any way from the design. Daily scans are performed online by our IT technical team.

Printing

Please remember that colors may vary slightly when printed, due to monitor settings, printout settings and materials used.
