All products in this shop are digital. No physical product will be shipped, and shipping is always free. Delivery works the same way for customers in Canada, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Instant downloads. You get instant download access from your order confirmation email, which is sent to the email address you used at checkout as soon as your payment has been processed.

Custom state policy manuals. A custom manual is written for your business and your state, and is delivered by email within 14 days of your order. The other templates in the bundle are available to download right away.

To download .ZIP (compressed) files: on a desktop computer, download the provided .zip file, go to the download folder in your computer files, click "Extract All", select the destination for the files and click "Select Folder", then click "Extract".
